How I work

Every signing starts with a clear conversation — what document, what's the deadline, what's the address, what does pricing look like. During the appointment I verify identification, witness the signature properly, complete each notarial certificate carefully, and record the act in my journal as Utah law requires.
For loan signings, I treat every package as if a closing depended on it — because one usually does. For RON sessions, I make sure the technology works before we start, so your time is respected.
